The three founders of DwellTek each come from very different backgrounds, but all share the same passion for making a difference by creating a successful business to solve these important Utah solar energy challenges. They are:

Jason is the building science backbone to DwellTek’s energy efficiency strategies. He is a certified HERS Rater and BPI Building Analyst as well as a certified NCI Combustion Analyst. Before DwellTek, Jason was president of Matador Motion Pictures. He was responsible for overseeing development of the company’s production slate as well as structuring and securing the financing and shepherding the projects through production. Jason’s building science expertise, combined with his professional management history makes him a valuable member of the DwellTek team. Jason holds a BA from St. Lawrence University in Spanish Language and an MFA from the American Film Institute. He lives in Park City Utah, with his wife and two boys.

Brad comes to DwellTek from Owens Corning, the world’s largest fiberglass insulation manufacturer, where he held various executive finance, strategy, operations, and global business development roles. Brad and his family recently moved back to the US after 3 years living in China with Owens Corning leading the development of new products in China, and mergers and acquisitions into new markets throughout Asia. Prior to Owens Corning, Brad worked in the strategy consulting industry and earned his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Brad is married with two young children and is an avid cyclist and skier.

Bill brings over 20 years of business development, operations and sales & marketing leadership to the Dwelltek team. During 16 years with Intel, Bill held various senior business development and global marketing roles, servicing clients throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. As Managing Partner of Utah Solar & Alternative Energy, Bill developed strategic partnerships with leading industry technology providers and customers throughout the inter-mountain west, leading the firm to over 600% year over year revenue growth in 2009. Bill holds BS and BA degrees from The University of Phoenix and has extensive professional training in photovoltaic and solar hot water design and installation. Bill has lived in Park City for ten years, is married with a two year old daughter and is an avid outdoorsman.
